funprint.eu includes printing, binding, packaging and delivery of the printed periodical to the agreed address.

easypublishing.online prepares professional print-ready files that you hand over to your printing supplier, print on your own device, or do not print at all and distribute only electronically. This is useful, for example, when you have a long-term contract with a printer and still want to reduce the cost of producing the periodical thanks to savings on graphic work.

We design periodical templates so that they can be used as easily as possible. Anyone who has ever written a letter in Word, browsed the internet and downloaded photos from a phone has strong prerequisites for successfully creating a periodical. The workflow for the first issue is usually as follows:

• we publish the template for you
• after the first 4 pages are created, we look at them together and advise how to do things better, more easily or faster
• before finishing the first issue we go through everything together again and advise what could be improved

For further issues such close cooperation is usually no longer needed, but we are still available to you.

Online editing requires a template, which we create tailor-made for each periodical publisher and is not accessible to anyone else. Without a template it is not possible to try editing a periodical. However, the most common tasks in creating a periodical can be seen in the demo at https://easypublishing.online/#video. In case of any questions, we can demonstrate the use of the template during a remote online presentation and answer any queries.

Creating the template is a one-time matter and is paid only once at the beginning of the cooperation. Creating the template takes from one to three weeks from signing the framework order. Over time there may be a request to change the created template. Such a change is charged only at an hourly rate based on the time actually spent. The price of adjustments compared to the price of a new template is usually completely minimal.

For every editorial team an archive of issues is available in PDFs downsized for electronic distribution or web publishing. You can download individual issues from the archive, or (which is easier) you can simply link to the entire archive from the town hall website. In that case the editorial team no longer has to worry about publishing individual issues on the web at all — everything runs automatically.

The financial contribution is provided for the entire duration of the cooperation and is conditional on the placement of our advertising banner in the header of the last page or an advertising block on the penultimate page.

At the start of the cooperation the number of pages is agreed at the most common value, but changing it for a specific issue is possible and entirely common. The service price is only adjusted when the number of pages expected for the whole year is exceeded.
